Rates, posted
Most warehouses make you ring for these. Ours are here because the only reason to hide a rate is that it is not the reason you would pick us, and ours is that we are close to I-35 and small enough to answer the phone.

Illustrative figures for this mockup. Real quotes move with volume, how long the freight sits, and whether it stacks. Anything over three hundred pallets is priced as a block rather than off this table. No minimum term, no pallet-in fee on top of receiving, and no charge for a partial month at the end.
How a pallet moves through here
Six steps, and you get an email at three of them. If you have ever lost a week to a warehouse that could not tell you whether something had landed, this is the part that matters more than the rate.
-
You send an ASN, or you do not
An advance notice gets the freight on the schedule and unloaded the day it lands. Without one it still comes off, just behind whatever was booked.
-
It is counted on the dock, not in the aisle
Piece count against the packing list before the truck leaves, so a short shipment is the carrier's problem rather than yours a month later.
-
Received and put away the same day
Each pallet gets a licence plate label and a rack location. You get an email with the count and the location list before we go home.
-
It sits, and you can see it
A stock report goes out every Monday morning, and you can ask for one any time. Nothing gets moved between locations without the report catching up.
-
You release it
Email or a call before 1 p.m. gets it staged for a next-day collection. Pick and pack orders go out the same day if they are in by 11 a.m.
-
It leaves with paperwork
Signed bill of lading scanned back to you the same afternoon, with the pallet count and the seal number on it.
Where it is, and what that is worth
Forty minutes north of the Kansas City terminals and eight miles off I-35. That is far enough out that the square footage costs what it does, and close enough in that a driver can do a Kansas City delivery and a pick-up here in one shift. Nine of our current customers came to us because a downtown warehouse quoted them double for the same rack position.
